A NYDFS Trust-chartered issuer of [[usdp]], [[pyusd]] (with PayPal), and tokenised-asset infrastructure.
Paxos's NY Trust Charter (2015) is one of the strongest US regulatory wrappers for a stablecoin issuer. Reserves are bankruptcy-remote under NY banking law, audited monthly. Paxos previously issued BUSD until NYDFS ordered cessation in Feb 2023.
