1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using StableLens (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. The service
StableLens provides stablecoin compliance scoring, peg monitoring, yield discovery, and macro-correlation analytics through a web application and (when launched) a programmatic API. Information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@stablelens.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Pricing and tier features are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; refunds are described in our cancellation policy.
The 30-day Pro reverse trial does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial period, your account auto-downgrades to Free. We do not charge you unless you explicitly upgrade.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access data or accounts that don't belong to you; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service in a manner that exceeds the rate limits documented for your tier; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use the Service to compete directly with StableLens by redistributing our data without a separate written agreement.
6. Data sources and accuracy
StableLens aggregates data from third-party sources including CoinGecko, DeFiLlama, FRED, and Alchemy (RPC). We make reasonable efforts to verify and clean this data, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. See our methodology page for the full data- source attribution and confidence semantics. Don't rely on StableLens as the sole input to a financial decision.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including compliance scores, methodology documentation, code, design, and trademarks — is owned by StableLens or its licensors. You may quote individual scores in journalism, research, or non-competing products with attribution (see the methodology page's citation policy). You may not republish bulk data without a written agreement.
8. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Subprocessors that touch customer data are listed on the Security page.
9. Disclaimers
NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. StableLens is an informational tool. Compliance scores, peg metrics, and yield data are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Stablecoin and DeFi markets carry material risk including total loss of capital. Consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.
"AS IS" SERVICE. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableLens's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid StableLens in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. StableLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StableLens harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@stablelens.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
