What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Team adds multi-seat access, shared watchlists, Slack delivery, and per-seat API quotas. Pro is single-user.
Do agents count as a seat?
No. Agents authenticate via API key or MCP token, not user accounts. API quotas apply (see Comparison table).
Can I export StableLens data to my own systems?
Yes. All tiers include CSV export. Institutional adds custom-format exports (Excel templates, PDF IC memos, JSON-LD).
Is my watchlist private?
Yes. Watchlists are encrypted at rest and never used to train models or shared with other customers.
What's your data freshness SLA?
Yield pool data refreshes every 10 minutes. Compliance grades reviewed quarterly with intra-quarter updates on issuer attestation events. Status page shows per-source freshness.
