BlackRock manages USDC's Circle Reserve Fund and issues BUIDL (its own tokenised fund) via Securitize. The combination of (1) USDC reserve manager and (2) BUIDL issuer makes BlackRock arguably the most economically systemic crypto-touching TradFi institution.
